Horsham Clinic • Ballarat Clinic
Accepting new clients.
Renee has worked as Myotherapist for many years and as a Remedial Therapist prior to that in various clinics across QLD and the Pilbara, WA. She loves working with clients to relieve their aches and pains and re-introduce all the movement our bodies are meant to do everyday. She especially enjoys working with chronic myofascial restriction, old injuries that continue to niggle and help clients to alleviate the stiffness that many of our sedentary jobs lead us to get ‘stuck’ in. She employs a range of hands on techniques and teaches easy to follow exercise activities that can be done anywhere, anytime!

Managing stress in the body, keeping active enough to play with the kids on the ground or go a full day at work without feeling like you’re going to collapse are often goals Renee works with clients to achieve. Renee’s main motivation to move down to Victoria from QLD was the gorgeous countryside Ballarat sits among, with camping, hiking and kayaking her favourite activities to do when the time (and weather) permits. When she’s not in clinic she’ll be out exploring everything the Grampians have to offer!
